Please note: Physicians do not see patients at the Linwell Road location.

Medication renewals should be arranged through your family doctor (General Practitioner), or during your appointments with our cardiologists.

If you’re running low on your prescriptions, please request a renewal during your visit.

If you do not have a family physician or an upcoming appointment, a $30 administrative fee may apply. This fee covers chart review and medication reconciliation.

Dental clearance letters require physician chart review and therefore a $30 administrative fee applies.

This cost is not covered by OHIP, as it relates to non-medical (dental) care.

We are not an urgent care clinic and unfortunately cannot offer same-day appointments.

If you are feeling unwell, please contact your family doctor, visit a walk-in clinic, or go to your nearest emergency department.

New Consultations:
Non-urgent referrals: Approximately 6–9 months

Urgent Referrals:
Prioritized based on medical need

Diagnostic Testing:
Typically scheduled within 2 weeks at both locations

It may take several days for us to receive your hospital discharge summary and test results.

If your cardiac condition remained stable and the hospitalization was not heart-related, you may not need a cardiology follow-up.

In most cases, your family doctor should be your first point of contact after discharge.

If a referral has been sent, we typically review it within 1–2 weeks, depending on urgency.

Our physicians divide their time between the hospital and clinic.

They aim to respond within 1–2 weeks, prioritizing based on clinical urgency.

Yes. All test results and consult notes are forwarded to your family physician (GP).

We work closely with your primary care provider to ensure seamless coordination of your care.
